Remember reading this - about searing the meat. Very wet day in Singapore today, so instead of just dumping everything in, I seared the pork ribs. Just had a taste of my ABC soup - WOAH, it really packs a punch! Thank you for the tip!

When searing is there anything you do to prevent the chicken skin from sticking to the pot?

Hey Nick, the chicken skin should not stick to the pot when it is sufficiently seared. Once seared properly, it dislodges quite well, so don't touch it till it's ready to flip! :-)
