The accompanying recipe demonstrates how good vegan ramen can be, and it might well be unlike anything you’ll find in a typical ramen shop. For example, I love taking something as simple as the very water that bursts from a ripe tomato to use as a soup base. Given that there are multiple components in each bowl, making ramen at home requires a fair amount of effort, but it is well worth it.
